It has been about a year since my last update, sorry for being such a lazy guy in that regard. We have made quite a bit of visible progress, though we have 'cheated' by hiring some help. We were expecting to make more progress over the winter than wound up being the case, the 10 days we took off over Christmas wound up being 'wasted' (though we enjoyed them) because of snow and icy winds (it is amazingly difficult to be productive when you are shivering!). Eliz took a very nice video of that snowfall. She also took a couple of videos of our efforts on the rafters. The first is a pan showing the scale of the thing, the second is a bit of an action shot of me putting in spacers between the rafters.
